Can I test drive a car?
We offer test drives on all vehicles - just remember to bring your driving licence along with you and then we can arrange it for you.

What if you don't have the specific vehicle that I require in stock?
Our sales team have the ability to source any vehicle that you desire. Tell them exactly what you want and we will locate your perfect car. You will simply need to pay a deposit to secure that vehicle. Visit our Car Locator page on our website and one of our sales team will contact you. Always speak to one of our sales team as it is possible that we have an alternative that you might not have considered.

Is there a minimum deposit that I will need when you source me a car?
The minimum amount you will need is 10% of the vehicle purchase price.

What warranty will my vehicle come with?
The car will come with a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty or where applicable it will come with the balance of the Manufacturers warranty. We are Approved AA pruduct suppliers so you also have the option of a 12, 24 or 36 month AA extended warraty.

Are all of your vehicles checked for adverse information?
Yes, all of our cars go through a car data check with Experian before going on sale. They are checked in various categories including: accident damage, finance, stolen, vehicle identity and plate change.

Will I need to tax my new vehicle?
The balance of the tax is to be paid by the customer, however we can arrange to tax your new vehicle for you so that it is ready for the road as soon as you arrive to collect it. If you want your new vehicle to go straight into your name rather than our name also appearing on the log book, then you will need to provide us with a copy of your insurance cover note prior to the collection date.

When I drop off my part exchange what documentation will I need?
Please bring your V5 registration document, your MOT certificate, service history and any spare keys to the vehicle.

I have lost my V5, what should I do?
If your registration document (or the new keeper supplement) has been lost, stolen or destroyed then you will need a replacement. You can apply for a replacement by: Completing a Vehicle Registration Certificate V5C Application Form (V62). The V62 Form is available from DVLA Local Offices, Post Office® branches or can be downloaded using this link. If you are already registered as the vehicle keeper on the DVLA computer and there are no changes to your personal or vehicle details, then you may apply for a duplicate by calling 0870 240 0010 using a debit/credit card for payment.

How can I finance my vehicle?
There are various ways for you to pay for your new vehicle. You could either pay the full amount upfront, pay a deposit and then the rest of the balance on collection of the car or you may want to pay monthly under a regular hire purchase scheme.

What will I need to bring with me when I collect my new car?
If paying in full:
A banker's draft, a building society cheque, debit card, credit card (2% surcharge) or cash transactions up to £8000. If you are financing your vehicle:
- Driving licence both parts
- 2 recent utility bills
If part exchange:
- V5 / Log Book
- M.O.T
- Service history
- Spare Keys
